Heath Farm is a home for adults with autistic spectrum disorders, severe learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. Located in rural Lincolnshire, it consists of 6 homes: the Farmhouse, the Croft, the Holt, the Cottage, the Barn and the Paddocks.

Autism Care (UK) Limited is also registered to provide domiciliary care for Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire. In addition to three supported living house in Lincoln and one in Peterborough, Autism Care (UK) Limited has several domiciliary contracts to support people in their own homes.
