This specialist facility supports five adults who have received a dual diagnosis and are perceived as being difficult to place, including individuals with attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), epilepsy and other conditions that require a therapeutic environment.

The house has a spacious lounge with French windows and an adjoining quiet room, a newly refurbished kitchen/dining area, a bathroom with two additional toilets and an office. Many of the single bedrooms have ensuite facilities.
