The Conifers is a detached bungalow located in Malpas, a residential district on the outskirts of Newport. The bungalow can house up to four adults with autistic spectrum disorders, learning disabilities and mental health needs, and has been fully modified for wheelchair users. Independence, individuality and personal development are promoted in all aspects of residents' daily living.

The bungalow's main lounge provides views of the rear garden. The home also has a communal dining room and a house bathroom. Each resident has a single ensuite bedroom.

The Conifers has a dedicated vehicle, which staff can use to take residents out for activities and excursions.
