Plas Tirion is a detached bungalow in the residential district of Newport. It has been adapted for adults who have mobility issues in addition to their complex needs. The home can accommodate four adults in the main house and one in the adjacent annex, and is suitable for wheelchair users. Residents are given support to access locally based services and facilities, which aids their integration into the community.

The main bungalow features four single ensuite bedrooms. It has a spacious communal lounge, a house bathroom, a dining room and a secluded rear garden with a patio area. The annexe has a single ensuite room, a private lounge, bathroom and second bedroom.

Residents enjoy a varied activities programme, thanks to an in-house activities room and a dedicated vehicle for excursions.
