This purpose-built home, which opened in 1998, caters for ten adults with autistic spectrum disorders. Residents include those with low- to medium-functioning autism with challenging behaviour, as well as individuals with learning disabilities and epilepsy.

The Cottage has a light and airy dining room, a spacious lounge overlooking the communal gardens at Heath Farm, a sensory room and a large conservatory, with French doors leading to the enclosed rear garden. There is also a communal kitchen, a shower room and two house bathrooms.

Activities are carried out in a variety of locations, including community-based day services and local colleges.
