This spacious end-terrace property in the popular residential area of Leyland caters for six adults with autistic spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, mental health problems and other associated conditions. Our team adopts a person-centred approach to care and encourages individuals to live independently.

Each resident has a private bedroom. The Brook has a spacious lounge, a house bathroom, a dining room and a secluded patio area.

The Brook has a dedicated vehicle, which staff use to take residents on excursions around the community. The home is also on a good bus route and is within walking distance of local amenities.
