Plas Tirion is a community based home and provides accommodation for four adults with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders and complex needs. Plas Tirion is a small home and we aim to create a warm and homely environment which caters for individual needs. Service Users are encouraged to access individually tailored day and leisure activities including college opportunities, voluntary work placements and trips out into the local community.
