The Meadows is a specialist autistic spectrum disorder service with expertise in areas of epilepsy, communication, challenging and complex needs. Our approach is based on providing a low arousal environment using strategies of SPELL (Structure, Positive Approaches, Empathy, Low Arousal & Links) in order to promote positive alliances with individuals, family, friends and professionals within the community.
