Our values
We have been delivering consistently high standards of care to adults with autism since 1995. However, this would not have been possible without dedicated, professional and knowledgeable staff members. Our employees are specialists in their fields and are constantly expanding their skills and abilities through training.
Members of staff undergo an extensive induction programme, including Learning Disability Qualification (LDQ) assessments and other specialist training where necessary. Further details can be found on the "Our staff" section on the menu on the left.
We believe that care should be focused around the needs of the individual.
