As Operations Director, Gary will lead and manage an experienced and skilled management team. "My primary concern is to ensure that the high quality of specialist care that people have come to expect from ACUK will continue by ensuring that care services are running smoothly and efficiently by responding swiftly to individual needs".

MMCG was established in 1996 by Phil Burgan, who named it after his grandmother. ACUK was acquired by the Group in 2006 and has continued to grow. The Group has 56 properties throughout the UK, ranging from the Channel Islands to County Durham, including eight in Yorkshire.
