CQC have rated this service as good and the management and staff in Warwickshire are dedicated to the continuous development of this service and maintaining this standard.
The four homes, which are called The Meadows, The Paddocks, Tree Tops and The Acorns are located on a five acre site and work in partnership with eachother to provide the best quality of care for the service users. The quality teamwork within this establishment enables a huge variety of community activities and promotes positive relationships and friendships.
Service users participate actively in the day-to-day running of the service and are encouraged by their support staff and management to have control within the auspices of their lives.
In line with the National Autism Strategy, all primary assessment work is offered cost and obligation free. Autism Care is happy to complete assessments on individuals to provide them with a summary of recommended programmes and proposed support.
These have been utilised successfully by individuals to access diagnosis and acquire specific support services.
