Autism Care provides four comprehensive support solutions , day opportunities and community supported living services on a four acre site in Rotherham, South Yorkshire surrounded by nine acres of countryside.
This service is rated by CQC as a good service facility and is currently completing the accreditation process with the National Autistic Society.
The four residential homes are called Sorby, Mill, Fence and Vale and all provide homes for six individuals with Autistic spectrum disorders and other associated conditions.
This service is creative in its approach to support and has developed and maintained strong and productive relationships with external professionals in order to provide high-quality care to every individual.
Rother Heights assessment of individuals is based around the TRIAD of impairments but also encompasses a sensory, behaviour and transition assessment ensuring that an appropriate placement is identified for each person based on their specific needs.
